I just finished writing a book, Vibrantly Mortal, to be released soon. It is a treatise on why engaging death enriches life. Seems rather timely. As a hospice chaplain I have faced the reality of our mortality head on everyday. We are collectively as a species doing just that. I want to give you the chapter titles outlining the reasons engaging our mortality enriches our life. I will break each one down in more detail in subsequent posts.
Death Prioritizes What’s Important
Death Shatters Pretense
Death Leaves a Legacy
Death Amplifies Beauty
Death Inspires a Whole Assed Approach to Life (my favorite)
Death Amalgamates (what a word!) Space and Time
Til then, vibrantly live during this reminder of our mortality
